Attendance Policy
*Depending on what session you are in; we waive several no-show fees as a courtesy.
*A $20 no-show fee will be assessed for any absence thereafter, regardless of the reason for the absence.
*If you report an absence prior to group, you may receive an excused absence, however, an excused absence does not mean you will not receive a no-show fee.
*THREE (3) No-Shows in a row may be cause for dismissal from the program at the agency's discretion.
FOUR (4) No-Shows in a row REQUIRE discharge per DMV and/or Colorado State Law.
*Persistent poor attendance may be cause for dismissal from treatment at the agency’s discretion.
**If you have an affidavit of enrollment for the DMV, attendance is mandatory. Weekly attendance is reported to the DMV and non-compliance with attendance may cause revocation of your driver's license without warning.
*If discharged for persistent non-compliance with attendance, you may be prevented from reinstating your treatment with our agency. online dui alcohol classes
